Nutrition distribution programme (1st Week)

COVID 19 has huge Social and Economic impact on our society. Governments are taking precaution measurement to maintain social distance and one of the key decisions is to close all the schools and introduction of online classes. Our students are also not coming into the school and our nutrition programme is stopped. We have started weekly nutrition distribution programme from 10^th December 2020 with support of Asha Delaware. We are very grateful to Asha Delaware for the support in pandemic situation.   

 On 28.11.2020 a workshop was organized on working digestive system model by the teachers of Swami Vivekananda Vidyalaya, Lodhar.  It started at 9.00 am in the morning. Teachers were divided in two groups of 6 each. First, they draw and paint the human body outline on plywood.  After it each group started to make the parts of digestive system like esophagus, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, stomach, duodenum, small and large intestine etc. with plastic bottles and rubber tubes.  After making all the parts they set them on the plywood board.  They pour water in the mouth part to make it a working model.  All the teachers were very happy to see it working.  In this way new teachers of the school learned to prepare working models for students with the help of experienced teachers.   

 Our school teachers has consulted to near about 7 villages (Lodhar, Kursauli, Mohanpur, Parapratappur, Damberpurwa, Bodepurwa, Nankari etc.) and provided information about online classes to students and their parents . During this visit our school team also distributed mask and consult them about COVID -19.

 On the occasion of Independence Day, a team of Dr. Sandeep Patil, founder of E-Spin Nanotech IIT Kanpur,  distributed SWASA N-95 masks to the school family and also gave a total of 300 masks for the school children. Many thanks to  Dr. Sandeep Patil and the E-Spin Nanotech IIT Kanpur team from the school family and counseled all presented students and teachers about COVID-19 after that our principal and Dr. Mahendra Verma thanked to Dr. Sandeep Patil and his team. 

 Our school principal and all the teachers hoisted the national flag on 15th August 2020.

Teachers had provided many interesting craft work from Youtube . In this work many students took part then, they submitted many craft items as wall hanger , flower pot , Chandelier ( Jhumar) , Door band (Bandanvar) ,all this work was done by the students in their home.

Teachers had told all the students of class 6,7 and 8th for making Science modals from Scrap by conferencing and WhatsApp  calling. In this activities all students took interest with joy. They submitted many made models from home as Hand sanitizer machine, Mobile tripod, Table lamp after that they submitted those models in school.

Science Workshop

On 19^th October 2019 a workshop on education was organized by Dr. Mahendra Kumar Verma and Dr. Raju gupta in IIT Kanpur. In which 23 teachers of Rajani Devi Global Village School, 11 teachers of Swami Vevekananda Vidyalaya Lodhar and 3 members from Jagriti Office participated. In that workshop some videos about Digestive system and Skelton system were shown. A wonderful video was presented about the working of heart.  Both the schools presented their history and aim of working. They discussed about the teaching methods.  After lunch they visited the Computer Center and Library of IIT. In the end the staff of Rajani Devi visited Swami Vivekananad Vidyalay Lodhar.

October 2019

In this month our school participated in many of the competitions organized by Kanpur Zoo on occasion of "VANYA PRANI SAPTAH". In this competition about 2000 students of 30 schools   participated. In which all the participants of our school got the prize. Different types of race competitions were arranged. In frog race SHIVA, class 3rd got the first position. ASHISH of class 5th got first position in spoon race. ANJALI of class 7th got first position in Elocution and MAYURI of class 5th got first position in essay writing. NEHA got first position in menhdi competition and ALBIYA and KHUSHBOO of class 8th got third position in rangoli. In a short play Anuj, Sohel, Alviya, Raja, Suraj, Shivam, Khushboo and Anuj Gautam  got first prize.

On 15^th August 2019 our principal hoisted the flag after rally. Some students recited poems and patriotic songs after principal’s speech. At the end of the program sweet were distributed to all the students.

Mr. Harish Tiwari from Disaster Management Department came to school for counseling about Disaster Management. He organized a workshop about fire management and also told the tricks about rescue from earthquake. He gave the demo of fire rescue from L.P.G cylinder.

MOHAN SE MAHATMA

The team of Mahesh Bhai and DD Bhai from ASHA Trust, Kanpur presented a puppet show. They also organized a quiz program "MOHAN SE MAHATMA" based on the life of Mahatma Gandhi.

Health Camp

A health camp was organized in our school on 23^rd April 2019. In the health camp free medicines and related suggestions were provided.
