Science Workshop

 On 23^rd July 2021, a workshop has been organized by schoolteachers. In this workshop, some topics of science and social science were easily explained to the villagers and students through interesting models and experiments. During this workshop, we explained the importance of science and social science in daily routine and discussed topics like solar and lunar eclipse, air pressure, size of molecules, center of mass etc. through the Play-Way method. Next target is to arrange same type of activity in other villages too.

Nutrition distribution program

Nutrition distribution program is also going well, in which teachers packed some healthy items like Makhana, peanut, laiya, grams etc. and distributed it in villages like Kursauli, Lodhar, Para Pratappur, Bodepurwa and Dumberpurwa. 

Science Workshop

On 14 July 2021, a science workshop has been organized by school teachers and volunteers of Shiksha Sopan in Mohanpur village where we had showed many experiments like air pressure, sound, and light through interesting activities.

 

The school teacher arranged an awareness program in villages where we met the parents of our students and told them about the school's progress and new admissions. We also organized one counselling program for our ex-students, where we discussed about their current activities and future planning.

Classes

Online classes have started from 9^th June 2021 and all the subject teachers have been sending their work through WhatsApp group. The students who are facing any problem, are contacting their subject teacher through WhatsApp groups, and phone call. We have also created different centers in villages for students to take proper education (doubts solving sessions and homework verification) in small numbers (align with all covid guidelines)

Nutrition distribution

Nutrition distribution is also running smoothly, nutrition was distributed again (June month) to children by schoolteachers in different villages like- Kursauli, Mohanpur, Lodhar and Bodepurva. We have packed nutrients such as peanuts, dry dates, Chikki, jiggery.

In March 2021, four days visit program was planned to meet the Ex-students and their parents of our school. We told them about reopening and class conduction in the school. As well as we provide them information about new admission for the next session. 

Science Day

 

On the occasion of Science Day, the science exhibition was organised by Shiksha Sopan, Nankari, IIT Kanpur on 28 February. All the teachers of the school visited to the science exhibition. Students interacted with other students and their models in the science exhibition. All the teachers of the school discussed with students for new interesting experiments and got to learn from it. In this science exhibition the present student of our school Anjali Gautam and former student Anuj Gautam represented interesting experiment related to air pressure and spectroscope.

Nutrition distribution

Nutrition distribution is going by calling all the children to school. The students were informed to get nutrition for two days in a week through WhatsApp group or through calling. The next day student come to school at their scheduled time and get nutrition. Nutrition time of students for class KG to 4^th is 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and class for class 5th to 8th is 11:30 AM to 01:00 PM  student use masks and follow social distance properly. The report card of the half yearly examination was given to the students in the school. All the students come to school with their parents and the parents signed the report card and submitted it to the class teacher.

As in the past, children's online classes were running properly. The student who had any problem they contacted the related subject teacher through the WhatsApp group or calling. According to the government guideline, the school have been opened from 10^th February. Only one class of children came to school every day, each classroom was getting sanitized daily. Students were seated at a proper distance by maintaining social distancing. Students used to sanitize daily from time to time and were wearing face mask. Children were called to school after filling the parental consent letter given by the government. According to the government guideline the opening day of class-wise school is as follows-

Republic day

All the students were called On the occasion of Republic day (26 January 2021). All students followed social distancing and wearing mask. After this our school principal hosted the national flag, saluted the National flag and sang national Anthem. At last sweets and fruits distributed to everyone.

Science Workshop (Circulatory System)

A science workshop was organized in the school on 16th January. Topic of the workshop was “Circulatory system”. In this workshop Arteries, Veins, Heart, Lungs, Kidney was shown in Models. This model was made from waste material as water bottle, I.V. sets, Glucose bottle, Balloon and rubber tube, Disposal van, Hard plastic sheet etc. In this workshop we divided all the teachers in two groups. All the teachers participated in the workshop, workshop was very interesting.

All the students had given half yearly home examination and Nutrition was distributed in every paper to all the students. In this exam all the students had given exams from their home after the exam all students had submitted their answer sheet to related class teacher. Project work had provided by WhatsApp group to all students. Students are doing this project work in home. They submitted their projects during the exam.

Nutrition Distribution Programme

Nutrition distribution programme in our school and also in two different centers is running continuously.  We have started nutrition distribution programme in our school and other two different centers (Kursauli and Para Pratappur) by 10.12.2020.

Nutrition get distributed in the school and other two centres after making packets in the respective different centers as Swami Vivekanand Vidyalaya, Lodhar, Kursauli and Para pratappur. Dry fruits, peanuts, Gram, Gur and  Fruits given as nutrition in the packets.
