Science and Social Science Mela

 Science and social science fair was organized in the school on 14^th and 15^th December 2024, in which children made many type of models.

In this fair the chief guests were Dr Rajesh (IAS) director groundwater, special secretary Namami Gange, Jal Nigam and doctor Shreya, director- Dr Shreya Sangeet Sansthan Rhythm Academy.  Dr Mahendra Kumar Verma and Dr Aditya Meduri were also present.

First of all, the children welcomed all the guests by singing a welcome song. After this, the principal welcomed the chief guests. There after the girl students of the school presented a beautiful Tableau of cultural programme Shri Ram Janmotsav. Everyone appreciated the beautiful performance of the children. After this, the chief guest guided the children with his beautiful speech. After this the chief guest of the school and Dr Mahendra Kumar Verma, Aditya Meduri inaugurated the science fair by lighting the lamp.

In Science room, the children made models of nervous system, nitrogen cycle, solar energy, nuclear power plant, electric heater, wheat stone bridge, hydro alluvial power plant and Washing Machine etc and explained about them. Similarly in the Social Science room interesting models were made on vedic Civilization, environmental protection, types of crops, means of transport, types of soil, water pollution, founder of the revolt of 1857, quiz on states and their capitals etc and information related these was given. In the computer room the children gave detailed information about planets, parts of CPU, cloud computing and cyber crime etc. Children made very interesting models and puzzles in English, craft and mathematics. 

Parent - Teacher Meeting (PTM)

 A parent - teacher meeting was organised in the school on 30^th November 2024. In this meeting, the principal of the school Smt Annpurna Dixit welcomed all the parents. The parents saw the report cards of their children and talked to the concerned class teacher about their child. After this the parents and children who came to the meeting were given snacks.

Diwali Celebration

 On 31^st October 2024, on the day of Deepawali, the teachers came to the school and worshipped Ganesh and Lakshmi. Candles were lit in the school and the children living around the school were called and sweets were distributed.

Educational Tour

 On 7^th October 2024, an educational tour was organized for primary school children to Kanpur zoo. Children saw many types of animals and birds in the zoo. They were very happy to see animals like lion, rhinoceros, tiger, bear etc in the zoo.

Winners of Zoo Competitions (Wildlife Week Program)

 Wildlife week program was organized in Kanpur zoo from 1^st October 2024 to 7^th October 2024, in which many schools of Kanpur participated. On the first day of the program, a really was taken out in Kanpur zoo in which children of our school also participated. Under this program, cultural programs as Debate competition, Mehndi, essay Rangoli, painting etc were organized. Children participated in about 13 competitions. It is a matter of great joy that children from our school secured position in every competition.
